3. Include the return authorization number and any relevant information inside the package.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
5. Considering our delivery timeframe of 7-11 business days, please expect our team to process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days upon receiving your returned item.

Refund Information:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
